- Open Office Hours
- Offered to all 3 Pillars of Leadership graduates
- Open-ended coaching focuses on goal setting, high-stakes projects, career advancement, leadership, and similar topics.
- Scheduled 2x/month via a 4-hour window accommodating up to 6 sessions.
- Each session concludes with action steps and a subsequent accountability check.Â
- 3 Pillars of Leadership – Cohorts 1 & 2 - Operations and HR
- Targeted for B4/B5 top talent female leaders motivated to develop/strengthen leadership skills and advance their careers
- 12-week program for the Professional Development of Six Women Leaders includes: (10) Live group modules (3) Individual coaching sessions (2) Bonus Module Recordings (1) Personalized signed paperback copy of Speak Up, Sister! includes shipping (1) Commemorative bracelet includes shipping Full immersion access, including email, text and brief calls outside of session hours All materials including a workbook, weekly slide decks, videos and handouts Unique login to shared communication platform

- Option to add-on >> 8-week virtual course to follow the 2-part workshop, includes a daily practice app and weekly sessions
