Leaders who've taken the leap...
Hear from leaders who said yes to growth—and saw real transformation.
Missie Hills,
Engineer
This program is a game-changer. I advanced through each level and have so much clarity. When I started, I had a brain full of static, but no system for finding the signal in the noise. Now, I lead with my mantra, "I am grounded," have found clarity in my career, have delivered two presentations based on abstracts I submitted and know how to get back to being myself when I get thrown off track. Again, I say, "Game-changer!"Â

Vanessa Bower,
Talent SpecialistÂ
I was fresh off maternity leave and starting a new role when I joined the Leadership Laboratory. I was filling pretty big shoes in my new role and was challenged by my leader to find my own, and even be a disruptor. I didn't know who I was at that time! As I progressed through the program, I tested out different ways to find MY voice. It quickly worked and I received public praise from my boss. Before I knew it, I was confidently presenting on a stage in Las Vegas. I know who I am, carry myself with executive presence, and communicate with a confident voice.Â
Bonnie Hudson,
Engineer
"I got my daughter back." That was my mom's comment as she witnessed me progress in the Leadership Lab. Prior to joining, my confidence had suffered a few blows and it really shattered who I was. As I progressed through the sessions, I could start to feel my strong, empowered, smart self rising again. By the end of the program, I was giving presentations with ease, standing my ground in challenging meetings, and knew who I was again. My mom was glad to get the happier, lighter version of me back, and I was too!

The Leadership Laboratory operates on a Bus Stop model: there is one stop (session) per month, and you can hop on at any time.
Gain immediate value from the current month’s stop and enjoy access to all previous stops.
Our stops provide a holistic approach to leadership—going beyond traditional skill-building at work. We support the whole leader in every aspect of life, like women’s health and financial wellbeing.Â
My Stilettos have Steel Toes.
Â
Hi, I'm Jamie.
Â
Always walking the fine line between feminine, yet fierce, and woman, yet warrior…That’s how it always felt throughout my career in heavily male-dominated industries.
Whether I was wearing heels or work boots, the steel toe was a necessary accessory. It took balance and determination, and there was always one tool, that no matter what the day held, I consistently relied upon to achieve success…CONFIDENCE.
Empowered women empower women. We’re stronger together and we lift each other up. I help women stand in their power, believe in themselves, strengthen their voices and achieve success, both personally and professionally. Through my signature Leadership Coaching program we work within three key areas…Confidence, Communication and Strategic Thinking. It’s a transformational formula that empowers like no other!
