If there’s one word I’m carrying into 2026, it’s momentum.
Not big declarations. Not dramatic reinvention.
Momentum — paying attention to what’s already working, what’s in motion, and what deserves more oxygen (including spending time with people who energize you).

Recently, I had the opportunity to meet Brian Smith, founder of UGG. During our conversation, he shared a piece of advice that’s stayed with me:
“Share what you’re working on when it’s 80% ready. The feedback you receive pushes you the rest of the way.”
That insight landed deeply — because it provides freedom for someone who would otherwise wait for certainty, wait for perfection, or wait for permission to take action NOW.
The rewards go to the bold and Brian’s message inspired forward motion.
This mentality is what helped put into motion one of my biggest highlights of the past year: the launch of Leadership Laboratory — both the podcast and the community.

Leadership Lab is a space for professional women to test ideas, examine patterns, and leave with one clear leadership experiment they can actually apply. It’s not about consuming more information. It’s about activating what you already know and leading differently in real time.
The Result I’m Most Proud Of
Over the past year, women inside my programs collectively added nearly $900,000 to their compensation.
That includes promotions, raises, expanded scope, and increased visibility.
Not by working harder — but by communicating strategically, strengthening executive presence, and positioning themselves for bigger conversations.
This work centers around the 3 Pillars of Leadership:
- Strategic Communication
- Executive Presence
- Positioning for Opportunity
The next cohort begins January 27, and space is already filling. If you’d like to explore this empowering, life-changing opportunity, leave a comment or send me a DM.
As this year begins, I’ll leave you with this question:
What would change if you shared your work, spoke up, and led with ambition when you’re 80% (or even 70%) ready?
2026 isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about fully stepping into who you already are.
