After spending the last few months “under construction,” I’m thrilled to finally share what I’ve been building behind the scenes: The Leadership Laboratory.
This new community and podcast was born from one central belief: Leadership is an experiment.
Whether I was in heels in the office or steel-toed boots in the field, one thing was always clear—confidence was my greatest tool. It’s the same superpower I now help other women develop, and the results speak for themselves. This year alone, women in my programs have collectively increased their compensation by over $700,000.
But beyond the numbers, I know three things to be true:
- Growth happens fastest in safe spaces. When you can test ideas and practice in real time, transformation is accelerated.
- Practice builds confidence. Words in your head sound different when spoken out loud—especially in high-stakes situations.
- Finding your people matters. AI can draft your emails, but it can’t give you the human connection and encouragement that fuel courage and leadership.
That’s why The Leadership Laboratory exists—to give women leaders a space to experiment, grow, and lead with confidence.
