Send 5 to 7 biz days in advance.
Please test out the survey link BEFORE sending to your audience members to ensure it passes through firewalls or any other technical obstacles.

Instructions - During the Event
✅ During the Event - Speaker Introduction and Outro
***Designate someone to read and rehearse the introduction shared via the link above. It is strongly encouraged to read the intro in an energetic and animated voice.***
It is recommended to rehearse/practice out loud at least 5 days in advance of the event.
Instructions for In-Person Event Only
✅ During the Event - IN PERSON ONLY - Audience members will need three items. It is recommended to have prepared at least 5 days in advance of the event.
1. A Sharpie or thick marker - One per person, or people can share.
2. An 8 1/2 x 11-inch sheet of card stock paper - Any color is fine as long as it's light enough for a marker to show. Company or resource group brand colors are recommended.
3. The mini-handout named "Hit It to Me" (found via the button below) is to be printed, cut into squares, and distributed to each attendee. It does not have to be exact quarters. Close enough is good enough! Light purple card stock is preferred but not required.
For those attending virtually, feel free to email the doc. Please know, however, that I will ask them to simply grab a piece of paper and write on it, so there is no stress if someone does not have access to a printer.
